Beyonce Giselle Knowles, was born on
September 4 1981 in Houston. Her mom, Tina Knowles, is the designer of their
glittering costumes, and her dad Mathew Knowles, manages Destiny's Child.
Solange, her sister (4 years separated by four years) has released her first
album. She dances alongside her big sister at DC-3 concerts. Beyonce is of
Louisiana Creole & African descent. Whitney Houston discovered her and
her group. Lovefool by The Cardigans is one of her most listened to songs. A
pair of metallic path boots for work is her most coveted piece of clothes. She
was the writer and producer of numerous of the group's popular songs, including
"Jumpin jumping", "Bootylicious", Nasty Girl","

Mode". The lead singer of the group of Destiny's Child's singers. She
opened for Christina Aguilera in 2000. Toured together with TLC as their

mainly African and French, with ancestors from Louisiana and before this,
Canada. Beyonce is also 1/32 Irish and her maternal line has distant Breton-,
Spanish-, Indonesian- and Chinese roots. According to some sources, she
developed a stage persona known as "Sasha" to overcome her shyness.
