Anna Kendrick was born to Janice
(Cooke), an accountant, and William Kendrick (a teacher). Michael Cooke
Kendrick is her older brother. She has also been an actor. She is of English,
Irish, and Scottish descent.For her role in the role of "Dinah" in
"High Society" on Broadway, Anna Kendrick was nominated for the Tony
Award (second youngest ever) in addition to an award from the Drama Desk Award,
and an award called a Fany Award (best actress featured in a musical). Her
stunning performance earned her the Drama League and Theatre World Award.She
